Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Competitive, tiered, uncapped commission structure with bonus opportunities

$50,000 -$70,000+ first year (between base salary, commission, and bonuses)

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

• Be open to being coached but also not afraid to speak your mind.
• Eagerness to learn new things through many different mediums (Webinars, Books, Podcasts, etc.)
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Career minded and goal-oriented individual.
• Sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Property, & Casualty licenses will be required to obtain before first day.
